As a representative of the Niles High School class of '66, I would like to sincerely Thank You for the outstanding performance you gave us this weekend at our reunion. You guys were very very entertaining and were the main topic at our dinner Saturday night. Your lead singer is outstanding and your rythmn section is superb. We had a blast!!!! Thank you again from all of us! My wife and I wish we lived closer so we coulf become followers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Welcome and thank you for taking a few moments to view our web site. You will find a complete schedule of our events along with our a few photos of the band at various venues. We are based out of Elkhart, Indiana and entertain mainly in lower and southwestern Michigan, northern Indiana, the Chicago area and eastern Ohio. The band attributes its early success to its Blues Brothers show and wide repertoire of songs spanning the '60s to current songs which includes Van Morrison, Chicago, Eagles, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis Presley, Kidd Rock, Eagle Eye Cherry and many more. We gear our song lists to the venues and the types of crowd they draw. We play at many area night spots, private parties and wedding receptions. If you have an interest in booking us please give us an e-mail and we will get to you promptly. If you would like to be put on our weekly e-mailing list please contact us and let us know. Since most of our bookings come by word of mouth, we do not presently have a demo cd, however, one is in the works. We are always looking for new opportunities and welcome them openly! It’s great to meet so many new people and have the chance to entertain them! We hope to see many of you on that dance floor! Look for us at a place near you soon!!!!

Band members include Rick Minix lead vocals, back-up vocals, acoustic guitar &keyboards, Jim Ferro, bass guitar and back-up vocals, Ed Tajkowski, drums and back-up vocals, Steve Colagrossi, Lead guitar, lead vocals & back-up vocals, Bob Lightfoot keyboards, lead guitar & lead and back-up vocals. Combined, we have well over 200 years combined musical experience! (that really makes us sound old, doesn't it!) Ed being the elder statesman has had the opportunity to play with The Four Tops, The Temptations and the Soul Survivors just to name a few. Jim has most recently played at Buddy Guy's famous blues club in Chicago.

We are playing a fund raiser on May 2, 2009 at Constantine High School for the Constantine Church Association. With the economy as bad as it is, the Constantine community has been hit especially hard. They are not close enough to any larger city to draw on for aid and must rely on a population base of about 2,000 people, most of whom are out of work. Consequently, the local churches have been drained of funds and food for those in need. Tickets are $5.00 or $4.00 ea plus a non-perishable food item.If you cannot make it but would still like to make a cash donation, please make checks out to Constantine Church Association and mail to: Messiah Lutheran Church, 185 W. 5th Street, Constantine, MI 49042.
