Description:
The Voodoo Organist is a one-man gothic punk blues explosion: his songs samba and slither through styles as diverse as punk, exotica and gospel. His sound is difficult to categorize but instantly recognizable, cohesive and catchy as hell. Using a whiskey-soaked growl, a vintage organ with bass pedals, a theremin and various rhythm devices, he tells tales of sin and temptation, drugs and debauchery, and through it all makes you want to dance like the devil.
