Description:
Thaddeus "Gaffer" Venar has been played by his Folk Harp, Leannan (a Dusty Strings 26-string), since 1989. Multi-instrumental in his background, he has always had music as part of his life. He studied Salzedo harp technique with Jocelyn Chang, in Cleveland, Ohio. Gaffer is featured on both diskettes by the Three Irish Chancers: Irish Chancers Volume One and Don't Mind the Rain, and Carlos Silva's Momentos de Vida, as will as within the computer game, "Wild Divine". Gaffer & Leannan can be found frequently on nice days along the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO, busking for your pleasure.
