Description:
The Mana Poly All-Stars began on a late summer's night in 1999 when three friends met to work on a couple of song writing projects. These projects resulted in the birth of wonderful compositions with only one dilemma-finding someone to actually perform them. After much consideration, they realized that the only people who could perform their pieces the way they wanted it would be themselves. Therefore, these three friends embarked on an expedition to put together the most dynamic and diverse Polynesian group to ever hit the entertainment market.

"Mana," meaning power or great spirit, is the driving force behind this excellent band. "Poly," the shortened version of the word Polynesia, is the culture and heritage of which they are a part. In trying to put together the best Polynesian group ever, they sought out musicians who had already found success in the Polynesian market with other groups. The addition of these brilliant musicians to the original song writers helped derive the term "All-Stars." Thus, the caliber of talent this group possesses is what makes them truly unique.

This group has well over fifteen years of experience in the music industry. They have had success in both the retail and radio charts and have posted numerous "Number 1 Hits" on Polynesian radio stations along the west coast, the Polynesian triangle, Guam, Saipan, and the Micro and Melanesian islands. The Mana Poly All-Stars' success is accredited to a sound which they have pioneered together-urban island music. Their mission is to spread "feel good" positive music in their communities and throughout the world.
