Description:
A power trio from the middle of America. Someday Mission combines good-energy guitar work from frontman Chris Saub, pulsing melodic bass from Sonny Larsen, and holding it all together with rhythmic melodies of his own, drummer Brian Harrison. Put this solid musical package together with Chris' soaring melodies that haunt your head for days and Sonny's angelic harmonies you get a sound that simply gets you going and makes you feel better than you were. Touching on many areas of the heart Someday Mission takes you from songs of desperation and want, to songs of triumph and love. An emotional ride that leaves you with the sense you've experienced something more than a mere concert.
Band Members:
Chris Saub is the front-man on vocals and guitar. As the chief song writer he enjoys the surface of life only as a door to hidden meanings and greater circumstance the eye can leave absent. Always in search of the better song touching more of the heart and bringing more enjoyment to the performer and the listener.
Sonny Larsen is the bassist and harmonizer of the group. An ardent reader of literature and history. He's been quoted as having said he can play anything with strings. In addition to bass and guitar, he's been known to bring a mandolin and lap dulcimer to keep the guys guessing and impressed.
Brian Harrison brings the groove quicker than Chris can say. Inspired by drumming greats and a slew of Rock giants, Brian brings both power grove and artistry to the palate of the song. Hosting the bigger music/DVD collection Brian's often found inspiring the band with a new Artist's Teaching vid or new album from a favorite group.

The guys have been doubly busy these past few months, trying to keep up their live performances as well as fevorishly enjoying the recording of their up and coming studio release due out late this year.
They are absolutely elated at how the tracks are sounding thus far. Chris, Sonny and Brian have been left numb after hearing playbacks from their takes. Suffice-it-to-say, the feeling is all positive.
They are indeed looking foward to getting a copy into your hands before Christmas.
Keep an eye out, as Someday Mission, likes to spice up the recording process by taking a night off to perform live.
