The FAME

We have been around for 4 years now, and have quite a few of our originals,and our music is alternative/rock. We are from Ridley Township and have played a few places localy. we have won the battle of the bands at the Ridley YMCA, played many other shows and are also in the 2nd round of the emergenza festival. so come out and support the band!.

**The FAME had 3 great shows these past few days. Starting off at Frightland (10/9) the band played 2 sets filled with fan favs, covers and old classics. the full set list is as stands: Change, All Your Concers, In and Out, Stop The Clocks, Sunday Times, Helter Skelter, Right On, Let it Roll, Is my Love?, Slow/intro, I'm Your Man, Save Us, Come on Feel The Noise, Story of a Lonely Guy and Champagne Supernova. The Band also played the same set for the Hunts show which took place on friday 10/14. And to sum up the stretch of shows, was the final show at frightland on 10/15. The band played pretty much a greatest hits set consisting of 1.Is my Love 2.All Your Concerns 3.Save Us 4.Slow/intro 5.I'm your man 6.Change 7.Stop the clocks 8.Let it roll. all in all. the shows went well. check back for further updates or check the band out on www.myspace.com/thefamerock

*** The Fame rocked the Pontiac Grille last night (7/19) playing on the same stage that British rockers, Oasis, played on 12 years ago. The band played a strong set of fan favorites and some surprises. Set List: 1. Is My Love? 2. All Your Concerns 3. (jam intro) Slow 4. Save Us. Being outnumberd by many punk bands, The Fame still found a way to pull it off and to win this round of the Battle Of the Bands. check back for more updates**

***The Fame played a benefit show at Fifth Stone Studios on Sunday June 19, and played a set list of 8 songs. The set list consisted of 1. You're Fucking Nuts 2. In and Out 3. Is My Love? 4. Right On 5. Stop The Clocks 6. All Your Concerns 7. Slow 8. Save Us. The band played a solid set with some new and old songs, which were good to hear. ***The FAME rocked out last night (5/15) at the North Star Bar. "The Fame, The Fame" was the chant from 100+ people that started the night off. The band played an amazing set which consisted of 1.Change 2.I'M Your Man 3.Slow 4.Save Us 5.Is My Love? Slow was the high light of the night as the entire crowed was singing it word for word. All in all the night was an A+ for The FAME, and check back soon for pics from the North Star gig.****
