Description:
Strange Rootz is a 5 piece reggae/rock/blues/funk band from Virginia Beach, Va. Performing 3-4 times a week at venues all around the Hampton Roads, they spread their message of love through music. They have opened for some National Touring bands such as Badfish, Mike Love, Pepper, Katastro, Ballyhoo! at hometown venues; Shakas and The NorVa. They have just released their first self-titled album this year (2016) and plan on a full length album soon following.
