CA$H ONLY BAND

We play classic country music, and as the name suggests, we have an awesome lead guitar player that has backed several Johnny Cash Tribute bands in Branson, MO as well as some traveling shows. His name is Dan Swartslander. Our band also includes a pedal steel guitar played by Larry Viers that gives us that authentic classic country sound.

Band Members:
Larry Viers = Pedal Steel Guitar Larry has been playing steel guitar for more than 30 years. He is very well known around central Iowa area. He has been with several bands over the years including Lonesome Fugitive, Cowpunk and Clutterbilly.

Dan Swartslander = Lead Guitar Dan plays guitar in the style of Luther Perkins(Johnny Cash's lead player). People say no one does it better. He has been playing guitar for more than 40 years and is one of the New Tennessee Two. He has worked with Johnny's original drummer in shows across the United States and performed in Branson Cash Tribute shows.

Greg Groomes = Bass Guitar Greg plays bass and also is an accomplished guitar and keyboard player. He has worked with Mo Bandy and his vocals add a lot of variety to the country music we provide.

Dave Marsh = Drums Daves first professional band was with Larry in the original Lonesome Fugitive band back in 1990. He is an awesome drummer that has a lot of fun playing, but keeps that true country drive in the music.
