Description:
In 2004 a singer from San Diego was browsing the San Diego Reader when she saw an ad for a vocalist. This ad would change the way she Rock N Rolled forever. A producer from the east coast had moved out to San Diego, and started over in a new town. He was looking for some So Cal artists to collaborate with when the two met in a small house on a back alley in Oceanside, CA. So, Bill & Vera got to know each other one song at a time, the first being Streets of LA. A strong ballad written with the sorrows of the homeless in mind, this first song made it clear that things would only get better.
Bill & Vera took their time, keeping the artistic side of the music on the front burner & the constant pressure to produce product on the back. Their first CD called “Deliver” was complied of 12 rocking tunes. With production starting in 2009, the 2 song writers were ready to show the world what there was to see & hear. Adding an old friend who was with them from the beginning, bass player Anthony Russo joined the band we today call Vera’s Veil. Along with other great musicians ( Craig Hoffman, Luciano Giromini & Ryan Vernazza) that were handpicked by Vera & Bill in the early part of 2009.
