Description:
Seattle isn't just a bunch of flannel. Coming straight from the outskirts of the greatest music city in the country emerges a hard melody beltin' band labeled Poorsport. With influences that run from early 70's punk to Orange County Hardcore, Poorsport plays the tunes that are guaranteed to get at least one of your toes tapping. These punkateers have been taking the Seattle scene by storm with the release of their first full length album. Don’t miss an opportunity to have some fun with this unique and high-energy band.
Band Members:
KEVIN MACKEY - Vocals Sitting proudly as Poorsport's hairiest member, Mr. Mackey, aka "Big-Head", may not seem like the choir boy type, but he has no problem resonating massive tone out that mammoth melon of his.
KYLE ANDREWS - Guitar / Vocals This kid is the quintessential Poorsport. If he can't win, he doesn't want to play. Kyle has assumed the guitar duties of Poorsport in efforts to write the best slow rock tunes this side of the Mississippi. You may even be able to find this Poorsport singing in Sister Act 2.
SKEETER MCCLELLAN - Drums He's the most likely to spit in your beer just so he can finish it for you. This Poorsport is seen screaming profanities and making lude gestures while slapping the skins. Skeeter's turn-ons include: showers with seats, 2 heads, and the occasional bubble bath.
BEN DIETZEN - Bass / BGV's This animal plays more instruments than you can shake a stick at. Benniehanna (barely legal) is the youngster of Poorsport. He enjoys spinning in circles, flying low, jumping high, and stealing the ladies hearts (until they find out his age).
