Red Card Royale

If the Red Hot Chili Peppers mated with the Doors, while some other classic rock bands were in the bedroom observing the fun, Red Card Royale would be something like a third generation stepson.

Face it: Rock and roll is on its death bed, and Red Card Royale is on a mission to save it. People are tired of hearing the same thing on radio, tired of seeing the same thing on TV, and they are desperately searching for GOOD MUSIC! RCR hears it constantly from their fans: “You guys are such a breath of fresh air!” Taking the time to listen to Red Card Royale is never a regret, only a discovery.

With everyone in the band attending college full time, they have still achieved a respectable level of success on their own. Carson Ritz records, mixes, and masters all the band’s music, and the rest of the members contribute equally by offering input on the mixes, collaborating in songwriting, booking and organizing shows, designing artwork, upholding the website, promoting, and much more. With their debut album release show drawing hundreds of fans, the crafty quartet has sold around 1,000 copies on their own since. If they can sell to broke college kids, they can sell to anyone!

In conclusion, the collegiate classic rock funksters known as Red Card Royale are sure of one thing: A diploma means nothing if they can’t make music. Regardless, the band will continue to massage their classic rock vibes with a funky new edge, creating a fresh sound that WILL catch on. So be part of it! Wake up and hear the music!

Band Members:
Carson Ritz is an audio production major from Webster U. and a classical pianist of 16 years. He has produced his own music since fifth grade and is the band's keyboardist/vocalist/audio engineer. Everything you hear was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Carson.

Patrick Gable is a public relations major from Webster U. and the band's guitarist/vocalist. He has played guitar for 10 years and is versed in all genres of guitar music, from blues to metal to classic rock to funk. There is no style Pat can't adapt to.

Drew Dillman is a film major from Webster U. and the band's drummer. While a guitarist at heart, Drew has developed a new instrument of choice with Red Card Royale. His unique rhythms, fills, and affinity for triplets help the band stand out from others.

Jason Rich is a video production major from Webster U. and the band's bass player. With a deep background in music, Jason actually just picked up the bass at the beginning of his college career and his skills have since skyrocketed. With a heavy influence from The Who and The Red Hot Chili Peppers, his basslines really help establish RCR's style of classic rock and funk.
