Savion, who is one of the key producers of their tracks arranges the musical concepts and vocal parts helping to bring the music to life.

Jordan's demeanor and schoolboy charms brings veritality to the intriguing trio.

Listening to the voices of Behind it All you are prone to draw comparisons to artist such as:Luther Vandross, Tevin Campbell, and Usher. In selecting, and working on their album tracks in studio, the members said they simply relied on their strength as a group, and they can indentify what's them and what's not. " When we are creating music of our own, we like to think of it as a process in which we are required to think as an audience members, for the audience is so vital to the enjoyment of music"--- Jordan, Behind It All. When writing these songs, We create a strong connection between the audience and ourselves," says Savion. "We know we can relate to them. We take ourselves out of the artist box and definitely become an audience member and we critique ourselves, in hope that you all will enjoy."

The boys got their musical initiation early on, inspired by what they compare their music choice to as the "soulful" taste of their parents when they were at youth, and soaking in the sounds of their parent's favorites: Michael Jackson, Be Be Winans, Stevie Wonder, Barry White, Anita Baker, and inspired by many new age artist such as Mary J. Blige, Destiny's Child, Bobby Valentino, Jahiem, and Trey Songs.

Band Members:
Savion- Savion is the co-founder of this group. He and Jordan both met at a talent show where their seemed failured allured into a positive opportunity, since then the two have been working on music together, and became good friends along the way. Savion spends a lot of time in devotion to creating music for the group. He is a Songwriter/Co-Producer for the group. He arranges the vocals and creates harmonic and melodic lyrics.

Jordan- Jordan began singing at a very young age, he began singing solos in church at the age of 8. He continued singing in church and followed his father's (Musician) footsteps and inherited his passion for music. Before collaborating with Savion and James, Jordan maintained a thriving gospel career, with their new album he is anxious to explore R&B/Soul that wasn't offered in his teaching in the church's choir.

James- James was the newest member who also grew up in the church. He joined the group in hope to begin and maintain a successful singing career.
