Description:
Since 1999 evenless has been developing their idea of guitar-rock by combining progressive influences (Peter Gabriel/Porcupine Tree) with a rock background (The Who/Metallica) into something which listeners describe as an essence of Filter, Counting Crows and Jimmy Eat World. Fresh guitar riffs (martin/sebastian) team up with innovative basslines (lars) and are pushed forward by powerful drums (ulf). evenless put the focus on their melodies, which are arranged for synthetic sounds. The album "Songs from the Basement" (released January 2004) was recorded in Soundlodge Studio, Rhauderfehn/Germany in the autumn of 2003. It contains 13 Songs and consequently follows the rock sound of "Janus", the band's selfproduced debut (concept-) album. Years of live experience in former and still existing bandprojects are the guarantee for an unforgettable rock-show!
