Description:
Smoof's Purkin' of Hamilton, Ohio. SP combines the sound of rock 'n' roll and blues with folk, funk, and bluegrass. The band started out in early 2004 and consists of Jason Zimmerer on harmonicas, Scott Hubbard on percussion and drums, and Jeff Frechtling on acoustic, electric guitars and mandolin. Sitting in on the occssional bass is Matt Frechtling and his lovely wife Jenny Frechtling blesses us with her vocals from time to time. Just getting going on the scene, SP is beginning to spread it's sound around southwest Ohio area.
