Description:
This Brooklyn, NY band's debut is a moody collection of wistful, anthemic, hook-filled songs in the vein of Ben Folds and The Postal Service. 80's inflected, piano-driven, electronic coated instrumentals underscore soaring androgynous vocals on their debut LP, "L'esprit de L'escalier."
Band Members:
drew edwards is a film and theatre composer. An Illinois native currently residing in Brooklyn, cellar door is his first solo pop outing. although writing, performing, recording, engineering, and producing everything on the album, drew tours with a revolving roster of musicians, including john fischer from shimmerplanet and others.
