Description:
New Kind of Army formed in August 2003. We are A Christian Alternative rock band that has been compared to Kutless and 3 Doors Down. In March 2004 we recorded our first (and hopefully not last) full length album. Basically our mission statement is to praise God with our music and our lives. We enjoy rockin out just as much as the next four guys with instruments, but it's all for Him
Band Members:
Shane Treagesser(lead singer) 18 years old, attends Schulter High School. Great guy, incredibly funny, always able to keep the party goin. Excellent freestyle guitarist.
Jon Hodge (guitarist) 18 years old, attends Morris High School. Great personality, enjoys long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners, and twinkies. Oh yeah, and he's a good guitar player too.
Jesse Ringold (drummer) 19 years old, attends OSU Okmulgee. Been playing drums about as long as he's been walking, So it's only been about 2 years now I think, but he manages.
David O'Dell (bassist) 19 years old, student at OSU Okmulgee. David's the crazy one of the bunch. Never one to stand in one place too long on stage. Started playing bass about three years ago. Plays ok for a white boy with no rhytm
